THE BLUFFS – VIEWS WITHOUT END
     Within the gated area, these masterpiece homes sit atop stone bluffs, displayed like fine pieces of art. Stone Canyon’s field of vision extends beyond forests and fairways, past creeks and streams, to the vista that includes the downtown Tulsa skyline. The Bluffs III has recently opened with one-acre wooded lots ranging from $175,000 to $255,000. There is currently an incentive to buy and build in the Bluffs. Stone Canyon will cover your Patriot Golf Club social membership initiation fee valued at $2,500.

HIGHLAND POINTE
     The newest phase, Highland Pointe II, is within this gated neighborhood with three-quarter-acre wooded lots priced from $95,000 up to $160,000+.

DEER RUN
     Both Deer Run II and Deer Run III are now available in this non-gated enclave. These half-acre lots start at $75,500 and top out at $85,500.

HAWTHORNE
     Coming spring of 2019 is Hawthorne. Quarter-acre building lots will be pad-ready. You will be able to choose from two premium builders and half a dozen floor plans. Estimated price range will be from $350,000 to $500,000 including the lot.

VILLAS OF STONE CANYON
     The next area in the development plan is Villas of Stone Canyon. Forecasted as $550,000-$650,000 properties, they will be empty-nester styled garden homes in a gated neighborhood on lots just under half-acre. Inquiries are now being taken.

THE PATRIOT – GREAT GOLF FOR THE GREATER GOOD
     On this turf, situated within Stone Canyon, golf is more than a sport. The Patriot pays tribute to family, friendship, patriotism and the spirit of the game. Eighteen holes cover four distinct topographies – lowland marsh, heavy woodland, high prairie and dramatic canyons. Panoramas stretch for 30 miles and limestone walls climb to 190 feet.

     Course designer Robert Trent Jones Jr. called The Patriot, “A blend of strategic and heroic golf puzzles that are up to each golfer to solve for himself—often by determining the best position from which to attack the holes.”

     The Patriot, which opened in 2010, is undergoing a $9.5 Million expansion. A new 22,000 square-foot clubhouse features multiple dining outlets with seating for 300 and an outdoor area for live music and other forms of entertainment. The new facility opened on May 19th, 2018 and is suitable for banquets, weddings and conventions. The old clubhouse will be renovated for a golf pro shop and both men’s and women’s locker rooms. A swimming pool is under construction and expected to open late summer 2018. The club currently has 425 members including golf, social and national level memberships.

     The Patriot Golf Club is also the primary benefactor of Folds of Honor Foundation. This charitable organization provides educational scholarships for spouses and children of America’s military heroes who have been disabled or killed while serving their country.

     Stone Canyon will be a featured subdivision in the 2018 Greater Tulsa Parade of Homes, with five homes open for tours. Parade hours will be 1pm to 7pm daily from Saturday June 16th through Sunday the 24th. Stone Canyon parade homes will also be open Tuesday evening, June 19th, from 6pm to 9pm during a special Twilight Tour. This special evening will include hotdogs, chips and drinks, live musical entertainment, and golf cart transportation between the homes. Featuring snow cones from Stone Ice.
